Bioinformatician in pediatric sarcomas

The Italian Institute for Genomic Medicine (IIGM) is looking for a highly motivated and creative Bioinformatician to study the genomic and transcriptomic landscape of pediatric sarcomas under the supervision of Prof Matteo Cereda. The position is in the context of a national Italian multicenter project (SAR_GEN-ITA, ClinicalTrials.gov id:NCT04621201, PI: Prof Franca Fagioli) supported by the "Associazione Italiana Ematologia Oncologia Pediatrica" (AIEOP).

IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Memory CD8+ T cell, B cell responses, and SARS-CoV-2 protection after mRNA vaccination

Current SARS-CoV-2 vaccine recipients differ in infection history and the magnitude of their elicited antibody response.
A large human cohort distinguished by these parameters are queried for effector memory T cell subsets, memory B cells and ability to recognize epitopes from SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern.
