The Candiolo Genomics Centre is a partnership between the Genomics Units of Istituto Nazionale Oncologico Candiolo (iNOC) and Italian Institute for Genomics Medicine (IIGM).
The Centre’s core mission is to provide state-of-the-art sequencing and bioinformatics services for the research groups of iNOC and IIGM as well as to support the iNOC’s Biobank and large-scale clinical sequencing projects. The Centre also offers its sequencing and bioinformatics services to external users from academia and industry.
An additional important mission of the Centre is to drive innovation by implementing customized workflows, with a focus on their application to challenging clinical specimens, such as FFPE tissues.
