We are pleased to welcome Prof. Paolo Armando Gagliardi (Università degli Studi di Torino, Department of Oncology) to IIGM – Italian Institute for Genomic Medicine, as part of the ongoing collaboration among the University of Turin and IIGM.
At IIGM, Prof. Gagliardi will lead the Cancer Cell Dynamics research line and drive the AIRC-funded project:
“Leveraging single-cell and collective ERK dynamics to advance drug combinations for KRAS-mutated cancers”
The goal: to better understand how cancer cells behave over time and use this knowledge to design more effective combination therapies.
His arrival opens new directions for innovation at IIGM, and strengthens the ties between IIGM and the University of Turin.
